Living Areas

The downstairs living areas have been designed to interact harmionious
with the patio space, with large sliding doors that open up to create a seamless connection with the outdoors

Dinning Area

Solid live-edge wood dinning table with seating for 6, with an additional seating for 4 at the kitchen counter island. Sliding doors enable extended dinning options for an additional 6 people if required

Kitchen

Solid wood countertops and counterlievered shelves with intergrated LED strip lighting, along with a ceramic farmhouse sink, create a warm boho aesthetic to this highly functional kitchen

Lounge

The lounge features a huge comfy sofa, with an 80 inch TV, and a minibar. The room also has motorised voice activated curtains and a new AC unit.

All four sliding doors can be opened up from the lounge, dinning room and kitchen out on to the patio

Poolside Sofa area

Comfortable seating for 7 people by the poolside, next to 8 sunbeds with uninterrupted sunshine. There are also 3 umbrellas.

Outside Kitchen

This area features a traditional motorised charcoal souvla grill, a gas bbq, a wine fridge, a beer tap, an outside shower and sink.
